this website (ipintel.nightcoil.net) provides read-only aggregation of publicly available ip intelligence data (geolocation, autonomous system, reputation scores, blacklist status, common-port openness, icmp latency).
the service is intended for network operators, security researchers, and legitimate anti-fraud workflows. do not use this service to:
- target individuals for harassment, doxxing, or stalking;
- scan or profile ranges belonging to third parties without lawful authorization;
- circumvent rate limits, share credentials, or abuse the api;
- build a derivative product without written permission.
the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. reputation scores and blacklist status originate from third-party sources; nightcoil networks llc does not independently verify their accuracy and cannot guarantee availability, correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose. do not rely on this service as the sole basis for consequential decisions.
to the maximum extent permitted by law, nightcoil networks llc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service.
the api and web ui are rate limited. persistent abuse may result in ip-level or account-level bans without notice.
